She absolutely loves working with first-time home buyers and first-time move-up sellers. As an Oakland native, Charlotte witnessed its many transformations, from a desolate downtown Oakland to a bustling metropolitan area. Downtown Oakland is now considered uptown and is a central multicultural place to live, work, shop, and play. Charlotte remembers the old Swans and housewives marketplace, which has been restored, now a community gathering spot. It's always been a great place to buy meat and poultry products but now has sushi and oysters bars, food courts and shopping: pizza and Mexican food plus all the African American products you need.
